INNOVATION AND STARTUP POLICY
The Innovation and Startup Policy for Students and Faculty 2024 - Chettinad Dental College and Research Institute (CDCRI) will act as a guiding framework that will enable the institutes to actively engage students, faculties, and staff in innovation and entrepreneurship related activities. The Institute Innovation Council (IIC) of Chettinad Dental College and Research Institute (CDCRI) in consultation with the head of the institute (Principal) has decided to be a part of the NISP framework which will facilitate the Ministry of Human Resource Development (MHRD) in bringing uniformity across HEIs in terms of Intellectual Property ownership management, technology licensing, and institutional startup policy, thus enabling the creation of robust innovation and Startup ecosystem across all HEIs. Moreover, this policy document will guide the Institutions to attain the Prime Minister’s vision of “Atmanirbhar Bharat”.
