Nurturing Wellness Through Yoga
                
                    At Chettinad Dental College and Research Institute,
                    we believe in the holistic
                    well-being of our students and faculty. As part of our commitment to fostering a balanced lifestyle, we
                    conduct weekly yoga classes every Friday from 7:45 AM to 9:45 AM. These sessions are designed to help
                    participants enhance their physical, mental, and emotional health, which in turn supports academic and
                    professional excellence. Yoga not only improves flexibility, strength, and posture, but it also promotes
                    relaxation, stress relief, and mindfulness - essential qualities for those in the healthcare field.
                    
                    By incorporating yoga into our curriculum, we aim to empower our students and faculty with tools for
                    self-care and resilience, benefiting their overall performance in the demanding world of dental
                    sciences.
